キャンセル・返金について / Cancellation & Refunds:

【観光フォトツアー / Touristic Photoshoots】

・撮影日の5日以上前: デポジット全額返金

・撮影日の2日前まで: 50%返金

・当日キャンセル・無断キャンセル: 返金なし

【その他の制作 / Other Productions】

・デポジットは制作準備費用として返金不可

・当方の都合(病気・事故・不可抗力)によるキャンセルの場合は全額返金

返品について / Returns:

デジタルデータ商品のため、納品後の返品は原則できません。

準拠法 / Governing law:

日本法に準拠し、神戸地方裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。
