Real, vibrant, and unapologetically you
For us, photography and videography are about more than capturing moments—they’re about preserving the emotions and connections that make them unforgettable.
Every session is a collaboration, a space where you can feel at ease, stay present, and celebrate your story exactly as it is.
Josue & Asuka
Based in the historic city of Kobe and operating across Tokyo, Kyoto, and beyond, we bring a dual perspective to every shoot.
Born in Mexico and now calling Japan home, Josue blends a vibrant, cinematic aesthetic with the technical precision of professional cinema-grade equipment. As a filmmaker and photographer, his focus is on the "feeling" of the frame—capturing the grit of an Osaka alleyway or the soft glow of a Kyoto morning with equal depth.
Working alongside him, Asuka ensures that every detail—from location scouting to the local nuances of Japanese culture—is handled with care. Together, we provide a seamless, comfortable experience that allows you to stop worrying about the camera and start living in the movie.

I’ve known Josh from when he used to work with another company, and I’m really happy to see that he now has his own business. It was a great experience working with him again, and I can honestly say the results were incredible. The photos turned out amazing—high quality, beautifully captured, and exactly what we were hoping for.
The whole experience was smooth, professional, and enjoyable from start to finish. Josh was easy to work with, organized, and clearly passionate about what he does. If you’re looking for a photographer who delivers outstanding results and a great overall experience, I definitely recommend him.

Every Journey Deserves a Director’s Cut.
The Philosophy
Japan is more than a destination; it is a meticulously composed scene waiting for its protagonist. At Infame Films, we believe your memories shouldn't be relegated to a "conveyor belt" of social media trends. We move away from the noise of "content creation" to focus on intentional storytelling. We don’t just take photos; we frame legacy. Using a filmmaker’s eye for light, color, and composition, we capture the quiet, cinematic moments that phone cameras and "quick-fix" photography often miss.
“I was never a photographer, I was a friend with a camera...”
