  • To deliver, edit, and provide your photographs and videos.

  • We store digital files securely on encrypted drives and backup systems.

  • Personal data is only accessed by authorized team members.

  • We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as required by law.

4. Media Rights

  • You retain personal usage rights for the images/videos delivered.

  • Infame Films JP may use selected media for portfolio, website, or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Ask us to delete your personal data, subject to legal or contractual obligations.

  • Withdraw consent for marketing or portfolio usage at any time.

1. File Delivery and Retention

  • Edited media files will be delivered digitally through secure links.

  • RAW files are not stored indefinitely; unless purchased, they may be deleted after 30 days.

  • Final edited work is stored on our system for 6 months after delivery, after which we may delete backups.

  • Client data will only be shared with trusted service providers (e.g., online galleries, payment processors) as needed to complete your project.

  • These third parties comply with GDPR and relevant data protection laws.

3. Cookies and Analytics

  • Our website may use cookies and analytics to improve your browsing experience.

  • You can disable cookies in your browser at any time.

📜 Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings and Payments

  • A non-refundable** deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • The remaining balance must be paid before final delivery of your gallery or films.

  • Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal.

    **Your deposit secures your date, so it’s non-refundable. The only time you get it back is if we have to cancel due to illness, accident, or extreme circumstances.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • For Turistic photoshoots

    • 5+ days before your shoot: Full refund of deposit.

    • Within 2 days: 50% refund.

    • Same-day cancellations or no-shows: No refund.

  • For other productions

    • Non-refundable deposit as it covers the preproduction process, secures your date.

  • If Infame Films cancels due to illness, accident, or force majeure, a full refund will be provided.

  • Date calculation is based on Japan Standard Time (JST).

3. Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling due to weather or emergencies will incur no extra fees.

  • For larger productions, rescheduling terms will be set out in the contract.

4. Copyright and Usage Rights

  • Infame Films JP retains copyright for all work produced. However, we won’t use the material without your approval. Details in Privacy Policy.

  • Clients receive personal usage rights (social media, printing, sharing).

  • Commercial usage requires a separate license or buyout agreement.

  • Full copyright transfer may be arranged for an additional fee.

5. RAW Files

  • By default, only edited files are delivered.

  • RAW photos may be purchased for ¥15,000.

  • RAW video may be purchased for ¥25,000.

  • RAW files are delivered as-is and do not reflect Infame Films’ final creative vision.

6. Liability

  • While every effort is made to capture and deliver your media, Infame Films is not liable for loss due to unforeseen circumstances (equipment failure, accidents, extreme weather, or force majeure).

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

7. Client Cooperation

  • Clients agree to provide accurate details (schedule, permissions, access).

  • Infame Films is not responsible for missed moments due to restrictions, delays, or lack of cooperation.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with Infame Films services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kobe District Court, Japan.
