For travel photoshoots, you’ll receive JPEG images in standard quality within 48 hours—usually around 200 photos per hour. Once you’ve selected your favorites, the final edits will be delivered within 72 hours. Video delivery for travel sessions may take up to 2 weeks.

For other photoshoots, we take extra time to carefully cull, curate, and refine your images. Within 72 hours, you’ll still receive a sneak peek, and your final gallery or video will be ready within 4–8 weeks, depending on the project.

Rain or shine, your story deserves to be told. If the weather shifts, don’t worry—we’ll adapt together. That could mean moving indoors, finding a covered spot, or rescheduling for another day. We always have a backup plan so your memories are captured beautifully.

Life happens, and we get it:

• 5+ days before your shoot → Full refund of your deposit.

• Within 2 days of your shoot → 50% refund.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows → No refund, as that time is reserved exclusively for you.

• If we need to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, there will be no extra fees.

⚠️ For large productions, cancellation terms will be defined in your contract.

We believe natural light and real environments create the most cinematic stories. Most of our sessions take place outdoors or on location. But if you’d prefer a studio vibe, no problem—we can help book one that fits your vision.

By default, we deliver fully edited photos and films—because that’s where the magic happens. RAW files are like uncut diamonds: valuable, but unfinished.

If you’d like the unedited files:

• RAW photos → additional ¥15,000

• RAW video → additional ¥25,000

We don’t limit your gallery with a strict number. You’ll receive all usable, high-quality photos from your shoot. The only ones we remove are duplicates, out-of-focus shots, or poorly lit images.

We always bring backup gear, extra batteries, and a solid plan B. If something unexpected happens, we adapt quickly—your story will still be captured. Reliability is just as important to us as creativity.

Absolutely. We know being in front of a camera can feel awkward. Instead of stiff poses, we’ll guide you with natural movements, prompts, and interactions so you look and feel authentic. The goal is to capture you, not a mannequin version of you.

We require a deposit to lock in your date, with the remaining balance due before delivery. Payments can be made via card or PayPal—whichever works best for you.

By default, you receive personal usage rights for all your images and films—perfect for sharing, printing, and enjoying.
